Featuring an in-house hair and beauty shop, the self-service Wilhelmsen House offers central accommodation in Tønsberg. The property is a 5-minute walk to public transport. Very modern and lovely rooms. Good location as well, by the hospital but quiet at night. The beds were cozy and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The cafe there is very tasty and staff extremely friendly. The breakfast is a good value.

The room was neatly organized, and the controls for room lights and bathroom water were intuitive. Plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower. There’s a built in clothes line too. TV easy with music options. The window opens just enough to get a breath of fresh air, even though the room temperature was perfect. The staff was cheerful, efficient, quiet, cooperative, helpful, and pleasant. The lobby is a good place to sit with coffee/tea ready to make any time. The breakfast buffet—oh my! There is such a variety of, plenty of it, and all delicious. All the guests served ourselves quietly and the place was spotless. Hot food was hot, cold food cold.

Datado de 1914, este hotel fica a 3 minutos a pé da Estação de Sandefjord. The hotel staff was very kind! They gave me some tips to get to Torp airport early in the morning and told me about the shuttle bus available at the Torp station which I didn’t know about. When I left the next day at 4am the person at the reception was once again fantastic, giving me a sandwich and fruits and coffe as I wouldn’t be able to get breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff!
