Het is een kleinschalig hotel met zeer toffe uitbaters. Het zicht vanop het terras is zeer mooi. Het ontbijt en het diner is tot in de puntjes verzorgd.

Dit hotel dateert uit de 17e eeuw. Het ligt op loopafstand van Mane en op slechts 4,5 km van Forcalquier. De accommodatie beschikt over een tuin van 3 hectare met 100-jaar oude bomen en 2 zwembaden. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst!! De kamer was lekker fris toen we aankwamen, ondanks dat de airco toen nog niet aanstond. Er was een ruime parking mét oplaadpunt voor elektrische voertuigen voor de gasten van het hotel. Le Pont Roman zeker een kijkje waard!
Le Couvent des Minimes Hôtel & Spa L'Occitane 5 sterren

Situated in a former convent in Mane, built in 1613, Le Couvent des Minimes Hôtel & Spa L'Occitane RELAIS & CHATEAUX has a period facade and a terraced garden with botanical plants. The hotel is a wonderful conversion of the ancient convent. It is clear that mountains of money, but also tons of taste, were expended in achieving it. The result is sublime: like living in a beautiful château, except comfortable. As for the spa, it is superb, the best we’ve seen (and we’ve seen a few). It would impress a Roman emperor (if there were more slaves). We didn’t benefit from the huge outdoor pool or the terraces, since we were there in winter, but they would be a delight in warm weather. Someone has done a terrific job in assembling and training a rather young staff of charming and intelligent people. From the parking attendants to the receptionists, and from the waiters and waitresses to the exceptional sommelière (Ms. Pauline), there wasn't a one that we wouldn’t happily adopt and take home with us. The buffet breakfast: simply the best (really). The hotel has its own full-time boulanger, as well as a pastry chef. Okay, full disclosure: the coffee could be better. There is (of course) a gourmet restaurant (we can all imagine what that’s like), as well as a “bistro" on the premises. (Fortunately, since the local village doesn’t offer much at all.) The bistro serves mainly fanciful haute cuisine; we would have preferred that it be more authentically bistro-like, with some classic bistro-type food (steaks, daubes, foie gras, magret, confit de canard…yes, maybe even french fries!). It goes to show: even paradise can stand to be tweaked a bit.

Heel goede ligging, temidden alle mooie dorpjes van de Luberon. Het is er heel rustig en tegelijk is het een ontmoetingsplaats van de Joucas locals. Heel volks dus. Het restaurant is een echte aanrader, zeer lekker en verfijnd. De bediening is perfect, ze zijn oprecht blij met hun job. Ontvangst hotel ook prima! What a fantastic place! after having spent a few days touring the lenght of France, our three nights stay was needed. The weather was hot and the swiming poll and Spa facilities were very welcoming. The start of the day was a very good Breakfast by the pool. Would also recommend the Restaurant, where we had an excellent dinner.

Spacious, clean, so many facilities for us to use, loved that it was a whole villa to ourselves and it was private although there were other villa’s around it was still like like our own private home. Every bedroom had a ensuite, balcony, garden view. The pool, the outdoor area, the garage, the washing machine and dryer, the kitchen and kitchenware was great, living area was comfortable and great for a family esp with dinning area. We loved our stay here! It feels like it away from the city but it’s still a 5-10min drive away so it was a perfect hideaway.
